Not the thinnest phone at all, that would be the Vivo X5 Max at 4.75mm. And that's just the thinnest i know of, there could be thinner still.

you make it sound like gorilla glass cannot be scratched by keys but it can. It happened to me just the other day when I was in a car ride and I accidentally had my phone with keys in the same pocket. The ride was little bumpy and that's what probably caused it but still not that bumpy, it's not like I was offroading with a 4×4 or anything. Very first cosmetic imperfection on a phone that is over 2yrs old and never had a case on. Made me so sad.. :(
